Frequently Asked Questions

Customization & Sampling
Yes — all of our products are made to order. Color (Pantone reference accepted), wool length, leather thickness, size, shape, and packaging can all be specified. There are no fixed SKUs. You tell us your requirement and we produce accordingly.
Send us your product requirement by email or through the contact form — include your application, color reference, size, and any other specifications. We will confirm feasibility and pricing within 2 business hours and arrange sample production from there.
Standard sample lead time is 7–10 business days from the date we confirm your specification. If your requirement involves a custom Pantone color or an unusual specification, we will advise if additional time is needed before we start.
We revise samples until the specification is correct. Minor adjustments — such as small color shifts or dimensional changes — are typically resolved within one or two rounds. We do not proceed to bulk production until you have approved the sample in writing.
Yes. You can send us a physical reference sample and we will match it as closely as possible in material, construction, and color. Please contact us before sending so we can confirm the address and provide a reference number.
Yes. We support full OEM production including custom labels, hang tags, size labels, care labels, and retail packaging. Provide your artwork and we will incorporate it into the order.
MOQ & Order Quantity
MOQ varies by product. Sheepskin rugs and car seat covers: 100 pcs per color. Sheepskin raw material: 100 hides. Contact us with your specific product and we will confirm the MOQ for your order.
Yes. We understand that first orders are often used to test a new product in your market. We are open to discussing smaller trial quantities — contact us and we will advise what is possible for your specific product.
Yes. Many of our buyers combine multiple product types — for example rugs and seat covers — into a single shipment to consolidate freight costs. We will coordinate production timelines to align delivery where possible.
Lead Time & Shipping
Standard sample lead time is 7–10 business days. Bulk production lead time is 15–25 days after deposit payment is confirmed. Lead time may vary slightly depending on order volume and current production schedule. We will give you a confirmed timeline when your order is placed.
We export to 60+ countries worldwide, including Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We work with your nominated freight forwarder or can recommend ours.
Yes, both. Smaller orders typically ship LCL (groupage). Larger orders may fill a full container. We will advise the most cost-effective option based on your order volume.
Yes. We prepare all standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. Certificate of origin and other documents required for your market can be arranged on request.
Yes. Once your order ships, we provide the tracking number and shipping details. For sea freight we provide the vessel name, ETD, and ETA. We are available to assist with any shipping queries until your goods arrive.
We offer two standard shipping terms. FOB (Free On Board): we deliver goods to the port of shipment and handle all export customs clearance — you arrange and pay for international freight from that point. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): we arrange and pay for international freight and insurance to your destination port — you handle import customs and local delivery. We will advise which option is more cost-effective based on your location and order volume.
Quality & Certification
Our products have passed SGS third-party testing, covering restricted substances including formaldehyde, azo dyes, and hexavalent chromium. This means our products are compliant for sale in EU and US markets. We can provide the SGS certificate on request. If additional testing is required for your market, we can arrange sample testing and apply for other relevant certifications as needed.
Each bulk order is produced against the approved sample. We conduct in-process checks at key stages — material selection, dyeing, cutting, sewing — and a final pre-shipment inspection before packing. Pre-shipment photos are sent to the buyer for review before goods are loaded.
All of our products use 100% genuine New Zealand sheepskin — wool and leather are natural, not synthetic. We do not use blended or artificial materials unless specifically requested by the buyer.
We source sheepskin from New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa — all recognized globally for producing high-quality sheepskin. Each origin offers slightly different wool characteristics; we will recommend the most suitable source based on your product requirement and budget.
Payment
We accept T/T (bank transfer). Contact us to discuss the option that works best for your situation.
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit to confirm the order and start production, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. For established buyers, alternative terms can be discussed.
We invoice in USD as standard. Other currencies can be discussed if needed.
